Clients may cancel their project before work has commenced. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. The following terms apply:

Cancellation before work begins: Full refund available
Cancellation after work has started: Refund amount depends on work completed
Cancellation after project completion: No refund available

Refund Process

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Revision Policy

Our service packages include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional charges. We work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction within the agreed revision scope.

Quality Assurance

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the delivered presentation design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss resolution options, including revisions or adjustments.
