Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will receive ownership rights to the final presentation designs created for your project. We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Our services are provided in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If you are a consumer (not purchasing for business purposes), you have certain statutory rights that cannot be excluded. We guarantee that our services will be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match any description provided.

Fair Trading Act 1986
